This painting represents the moment in which the veil of the Temple was ripped. Even though the visual impression of the painting is abstract, we can distinguish the altar of gold with the incense penetrating the Holy of Holies, part of the arc of the covenant with the blood on the mercy seat (left side) and the veil being ripped at the top left. The access to the presence of the Lord has been opened for all those that wish to find Him.
